So, y'all. The witch is back.
I know, I know. I have been gone for a minute (and if you listen to this week's podcast, you'll know why.) I am happy to report that I am in a much better head space since taking my break. It was much needed.
To be perfectly honest, your girl no longer had emotional real estate, and I had burned myself at both ends. There was no more energy I could expend toward WitchSaidWhat...which crushed me. I am definitely the type of person who thrives on the creative process and its results. However, without any forward energy to drive the podcast, blog, and social media pages, I simply could not keep going.
We have to start taking better care of ourselves, guys. At the end of the day, if we don't, who will? It starts with going deep, examining the parts of our lives that are making us uncomfortable, and unpacking that. Then and only then are we able to find balance. Once I did that, coming back to witchcraft became an easy task. I threw myself into different research, which is what inspired this worksheet!
